Refund Policy & 60-Day Promise

We want you to love your skin. If you're not happy with your Stretch Mark Defense Cream for any reason, contact us within 60 days of receiving your order and we'll give you a full refund of the product price, even if the jar has been opened and used.

How to request a refund

1. Email customerservice@pureleafessential.com within 60 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and a short note on why the product didn't work for you.
3. We will approve your request and send you the next steps to return the product.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

What's covered

• The 60-Day Promise applies to the Stretch Mark Defense Cream, limited to one refund per customer / household.
• Lip balms and scrunchies can be returned unused within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Shipping Protection fees and original shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a refund — your choice.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Request a refund as above and place a new order for the item you'd like.
