Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays or severe weather.

Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on all US orders.

Shipping Protection (optional)
You can add Shipping Protection to your order for $1.75 at checkout. If a protected order is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, contact us within 10 days of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date) at customerservice@pureleafessential.com with your order number, and we will reship your order or refund it at no cost to you. Orders without Shipping Protection that are lost or damaged in transit are handled case by case; we'll always help you file a claim with the carrier.

Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping.
