10. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING PURCHASES

If you enroll in a subscription or recurring purchase program, you authorize Pure Leaf Essentials and its payment processors to automatically charge your selected payment method for recurring orders at the frequency and price disclosed when you enroll, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Your subscription will continue until canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms disclosed during enrollment and as required by applicable law.

Where available, you may be able to modify, skip, pause, reschedule, or cancel future subscription orders through your customer account or the subscription-management method provided by us.

You must cancel before the applicable processing or renewal deadline to prevent the next order from being processed.

We may change subscription pricing or material subscription terms upon providing any notice required by applicable law.

Additional subscription terms displayed at enrollment are incorporated into these Terms.

You represent that any User Content you submit:

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content to us or through features specifically intended for public reviews or promotional submissions, you grant Pure Leaf Essentials a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and publish that content in connection with operating and promoting Pure Leaf Essentials, subject to applicable law and any permissions presented when the content is collected.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PURE LEAF ESSENTIALS AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM A CLAIM RELATING TO A PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PURE LEAF ESSENTIALS FOR THE PRODUCT OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
